What program(s) do you accept files in?
We accept files in Adobe Photoshop 6.0 or lower & Illustrator 8.0 or lower, or any file saved as a .tif , .jpg file. We only use PC platforms. (Please make sure that the text is converted to outlines/curves to avoid font problems).

What is the turnaround time?
This varies between jobs. For business cards, postcards, stickers, bookmarks and short run (under 5,000 qty) of brochure/flyers, it is 7-10 working days.

What type of media do you accept files in?
We can accept files placed on floppy disks or CD-ROMS. You can also email us artwork. (Zipped files would be recommended for artwork sent by email).

What resolution should I save my images/files?
We recommend that the file or image to be at least 150dpi. But for the best quality print, we recommend 300dpi.

What Size should I set my business cards?
The cards should be setup to 93 x 56(mm) which will be trimmed to the standard 90 x 53(mm). For all other sizes please add 1.5(mm) around the edge for bleed.

What if I want the BACK of Business Cards to also be in colour instead of the standard black and white?
It is certainly possible. We charge only a small fee extra to the price of the cards.

What machines do you use to print?
We use a Heidelberg Speedmaster Offset press. Not a low quality digital press. We print at highest quality of 200 line screens.

What is the payment policy?
Since the products we provide are custom printed, we require payment by credit card at time of order. An associate will contact you to confirm receiving the order and also to obtain the credit card information. Please note that the credit card will be billed when the design is approved to print.
