Customers are responsible to provide all contents (details to be printed) for the order of artwork; 4Colourprint will not be liable for incorrect information printed supply by the customer, i.e. incorrect spellings.
Artwork proofs will be sent via email; you may also view and approve artwork(s) at one of our branches.
For each order of artwork, the customer has a total of 3 revisions upon receiving the first proof.
The customer agrees that changes required after the 3rd revision will incur a separated charge.
For orders using the free template(s), customers are limited to 1 revision for details only, i.e. change of name, additional phone numbers or change of slogan etc.
Any request for changes of details following the 1st revision will incur a separate charge.
By supplying images, text, or any other data to 4Colourprint, the customer grants 4Colourprint permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the finish artwork.
The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold 4Colourprint free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permission. |
